10's Foundation Packet is in 5/4 time signature. It's is a series of fundamental exercises that are the same length and meant to be interchangeable. The snares could play the double beat pattern while the quads and bass drums play accent tap variants or just the 8's pattern. This allows for skill set variations within the battery to be played simultaneously.
